To fully align the widget, you can match its primary colors and dark/light mode in your dashboard under Support → Messenger → Customization → Styling. However, deeper structural style overrides or hiding specific elements natively are not possible.

When embedding the widget, the customization options remain limited to the built-in properties supported by the SDK, such as switching themes (light/dark), adjusting the alignment, and changing the padding.
